The Jr. Thunderbolts struggled against the Capitals 6-1 in home game

The Evansville Jr. Thunderbolts' defense had a poor night, allowing the Atlanta Capitals 39 shots throughout the game. The Atlanta Capitals took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Tanner Opie.
