The Evansville Thunderbolts are proud to announce that Goalie Adam Conkling has signed a tender for the 2015-2016 season. In 2013-2014 Conkling (6'0", 175) played 12 games with the Indiana Junior Ice 16U posting a 3.00 goals against average and an .890 save percentage. In 2014-2015 Adam played 25 games of high school hockey with the Homestead Spartans, posting a 3.68 goals against average and a .913 save percentage.

“Signing Goalies is one thing I take great pride in as I was a Goalie”, said Thunderbolts Head Coach and GM Scott Fankhouser. “With Adam, I know we have a great up and coming talent. I’ve had the pleasure of coaching him this last year in Fort Wayne and his work ethic and drive to improve will make him a great NA3 goaltender. As all true hockey fans know, goaltending is what makes a team great and Adam will give the Thunderbolts that security between the pipes.”

Adam is the first Goaltender to sign with the Evansville Thunderbolts. Look for more announcements to follow.
