In the first, Kelly opened the scoring for the Ducks with a goal at 11:00 with a helper from Chun. O’neal netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 16:12 with an assist from his teammate Trombly.
During the second, Trombly deposited a goal at 2:51 with helpers from Stepp and Green. Laplante put in a goal at 10:06 with an assist from Trombly. Kelly scored a goal at 12:45 with a helper from fellow Ducks forward Halpert.
In the third period, Green netted a goal at 0:26 with assists from Trombly and Laplante. Mcelroy finally put the Jr. Thunderbolts on the board with a goal at 5:07 with helpers from Rowe and Fennell. Udris answered for Point Mallard with a goal at 13:05 with assists from Chun and Wilks.
